ADHD coaching is a structured, skills-based approach to help adults better manage focus, organisation, and follow-through. Our ADHD coaching program draws upon evidenced-based techniques and is designed in collaboration with leading psychiatrists in Sydney.

Our sessions are individualised for the unique challenges each client may encounter. An emphasis is placed on practising discussed skills and revising skills where they may be fitting in well enough.

ADHD coaching is most helpful when pursued in collaboration with diagnoses and medication, where relevant. While medication may be helpful for many clients with ADHD, coaching provides an avenue to manage your ADHD without medication.
